How to send us your inventory

We try to make it as easy as possible to send in your inventory to our warehouse. You can price your club inventory using our online quote engine or have us price it for you. We guarantee to offer you the highest prices for your inventory. Sending in Golf Clubs?

Follow these easy steps

  1. Create your free account on our website or call us to set It up for you
  2. Utilize our club value guide software to attain a value for your gear
  3. Input the clubs you would care to send to us
  4. Print out prepaid UPS shipping labels and place on your boxes to ship ‘OR’ You can simply fax, email or call us with your list of items and we will input them into our value guide software system under your account to generate labels.

If you choose to fax or email a list of your inventory to us we will:

  1. Confirm receipt of your list
  2. Assign a dedicated customer service rep to your list
  3. Reply with pricing & instructions during the same day

Sending in Golf Shoes, Bags, Balls, Gloves, Covers etc. (Anything that is not a club)?


Follow these easy steps

  1. Download our Inventory Quote Form and fill out with the gear you care to send
  2. Assuming the price has already been confirmed we will send you the appropriate # of shipping labels along with an RA# to reference your transaction
  3. Payment will be processed 5-7 business days after we receive & confirm your inventory

Payment for approved Partners (Golf Clubs only):


If you are a repeat customer and Approved Partner your payment will be processed the moment you ship the boxes with the clubs to us. You may even receive payment before we receive your clubs. Payment for general public and new golf shops: All payments for the general public or a golf shop that has not been approved yet will take 5-7 business days to process once received. You will be sent emails once your shipment arrives and is received in our warehouse in addition to when your payment is processed.
